Trouble with sending email Options

hey guys, like the update; just having some trouble sending out emails now. or i should say i can send them but the templates are having trouble loading. i keep getting an error saying
Invalid column name 'ReferralContactCompanyName'.
Statement(s) could not be prepared. ---> Invalid column name 'ReferralContactCompanyName'.
Statement(s) could not be prepared.
 
 
can someone help me with this? i've moved a few things around and now i can't see where the information they submit online with their loan amount and loan to value etc. info is.
