New features and updates included in the August 26, 2010 release

 

Client Web Portal

• The Client Web Portal gives your customers secure access to vital loan data over the web.
• On-line new lead applications integrated with the Mortgage Manager database.
• Full on-line 1003 loan application form.
• Customers create and manage their own secure Web Portal user accounts.
• Real time loan status updates automatically appear on the Portal.
• Communicate with your clients directly from the Mortgage Manager using Web Notes that immediately appear on the Web Portal.

New Contact Screens

• Updated General Tab – The new Contact General tab layout displays borrower and co-borrower information side by side for quick data entry.
• Updated Loan Scenarios Tab – Three Loan Scenarios are prebuilt and displayed side by side to help you create loan option comparisons for your clients.
• Updated Loan Tab – The Loan tab adds support for document tracking, property addresses, and related loan contacts fully synched with your LOS.
• New 1003 Screen - The new1003 view brings full 1003 editing to the Loan tab with added support for liabilities, expenses, declarations, and other critical loan fields. The fields in the Mortgage Manager1003 screen link directly to the Client Web Portal giving your clients real-time access to their 1003 application, loan status changes, and notes from the loan officer.
• Snapshot View – Now you have two ways of displaying your contact information. The Full view that gives you a complete display of the contact fields, notes, activities, loan scenarios, and loan details. The new Snapshot view simplifies the display to show just the core CRM fields, notes, and activities allowing you to quickly move through your contacts to make calls, review status, and handle your standard CRM needs. Once you have the contact on the phone and you’re ready to start working the loan application, simply click to toggle back to the Full view.

Quick Find and Advanced Find Tabs

The Contact Finder has been upgraded to give you a quicker, easier way to search for your contacts. The Quick Find tab displays a set of the most commonly used search fields, allowing you to simply type in a value and click Find Now to see a list of matching contacts. The Advance Find tab allows you to build your own set of custom criteria tapping deep into the rich set of fields available in the Mortgage Manager.  

Extended Calyx Point Synching

• Calyx now synchs with the complete 1003 form including expenses and liabilities.
• The Calyx Agent List automatically creates new contacts in Cimmaron that link directly to the loan transaction allowing for triggered marketing and update messages to related contacts including the Buyers Agent, Sellers Agent, Seller, etc.
• Calyx documents and loan checklist information update Cimmaron in real-time.

E-Mail Enhancements

• Faster email delivery has reduced with average times from up to 6 minutes for campaign/workflow emails to less than 10 seconds.
• Cleaner e-mail formatting for improved deliverability.
• Pre loaded e-mail templates to save you time when sending out e-mail by having artwork, signatures, and merge fields filled in and ready to go with a click of the e-mail button.
• The new merge field builder makes it much easier to navigate through and select merge fields. This control gives you the choice of clicking on a pre-built list of merge fields or drill down into the actual application object model to create your own merge fields on the fly. New options allow you to format dates and numbers on the fly to give you complete control over the look and feel of merge field output in your templates.

System Architecture Design Modifications

• A new document storage model allows for easier archiving and better speed since each database has a reduced set of live data to manage
• Improved error handling with a new Error Event Log screen that provides admin access to error messages and other system events
• Services drive many of the processes that take place on the back end of the system running everything from lead distribution to campaign processing and nightly jobs. A new design architecture has been deployed that carefully balances application tasks and domains keeping installations with consistent activity live in memory at all times, while also relying on last used and least used processing techniques to optimize memory usage and improve performance times across the server infrastructure.
• Additional severs have been added to the server farm to expand disk storage, provide new fail over options, and improve performance.
• A new service was introduced to archive old bulk marketing e-mails, while leaving behind e-mail meta-data to reduce database size requirements and improve application load times.
