This is usually caused by not selecting a Data Source for your Template. Cimmaron has a variety of Data Sources available to give you access to different types of information about your Clients, Loans, and Vendors from within your Templates. If your Template is not merging properly, make sure to confirm that you have selected a Data Source:

Find the Template using the File Explorer icon in the Marketing menu group.

Select the Edit properties icon

Choose the appropriate Data Source using the drop down list
