Cimmaron Mortgage Manager takes advantage of features included in the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework. During the initial one-time setup for the Mortgage Manager the .NET 2.0 Framework setup is launched automatically to make sure that the Framework has been installed properly on your computer before continuing to install the Cimmaron components.
Occasionally we have seen the NET 2.0 Framework setup fail for a variety of reasons, including insufficient admin rights. If this is the case, the Cimmaron Mortgage Manger application will not load. To confirm that this is an issue on your computer, open your Control Panel and click on Add Remove Programs (or Programs in Microsoft Vista). If you don't see an entry for the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 you may need to download and run the Framework setup directly from the Microsoft Download Center.
