    How to report your loan closings to the CRES Monthly Transaction Ledger

    Watch this short video to learn how to report your closed loan information to the CRES Monthly Transaction Ledger or follow these simple step by step directions:

    1. Click the Send Loan Data to CRES icon in the Main menugroup.
    2. Set the time period for your closed loan transactions and click Refresh.
    3. The grid at the top of the screen displays loans closed during the selected month that have already been entered into the Cimmaron Mortgage Manager database. These loans were created using the Add Client  icon in the Main menugroup or imported from your loan origination software data such as Calyx Point borrower files.
    4. You can update the existing loan data by double clicking any of the loans in the grid. This will open the Client and Loan detail views for the selected loan.
    5. Client and Loan data can also be entered using the Add New client/loan area at the bottom of this screen. This is a quick and easy way to enter the CRES Monthly Transaction Ledger data while at the same time building your contact database.
    6. The Loan Officer drop down list allows you to select a loan officer for the loan transaction. You can add other loan officers using the User Manager icon in the Admin Tools menugroup.
    7. The Assign Campaign drop down list displays any active marketing campaigns in the system. This is a great way to follow up with your funded borrowers with automated multi-step action plans including emails, follow up phone calls, and mail merge letters. You can add your own or modify the "Closed Loan Follow Up Campaign" that ships with your database.
    8. After you have entered the new client and loan information, click the Add Client button. This will add the client and loan information to your Mortgage Manager database and a new row will be displayed at the bottom of the Closed Loan data grid. You can add more loans by filling out the New Client and Loan fields and clicking the Add Client for each new loan.
    9. When you have completed adding and updating Loan information click the Send Loan Data to CRES button at the bottom of the screen.
    10. This will open the CRES Policy Member Login web page. Enter in your Policy Member Username and Password
    11. Click the Accounting- **Make your ONLINE Payment Here** link in the Policy Members web page.
    12. Click the Fill out and pay your monthly Transaction Ledger HERE link in the Accounting web page
    13. Select the proper CRES Policy number for your loan transactions. When you select a Policy number, the closed loan data entered into your Cimmaron Mortage Manager database will be displayed in the list below.
    14. Review your closed loan transactions and delete or update the loan data if necessarry using the Delete and Change buttons to the right of the grid. Click the Pay Ledger button when finished.
    15. Your closed loan transactions and payment will be processed by CRES. The client and loan data is also available to you in your Cimmaron Mortgage Manager database. You can access this data using the Client Finder icon in the Main menugroup.
