    Why is the status of my email still Pending even though the due date has passed?

    When an email is sent out successfully from Mortgage Manager, the status of the Activity will automatically change to Complete.  If the status of an email Activity is still Pending and the due date is equal to or prior to the current date, then the email may have failed.  To check the Delivery Status of an email:

    1. Double-click on the email Activity in the Activity Finder to open the Client or Vendor Detail screen and then click on the Activities tab. (You can also use the Client or Vendor Finder to find the client or vendor and then open their detail screen.)
    2. Highlight the Outbound Email activity in the Activity grid that you would like to check the status of.
    3. At the bottom of the screen, above the Date Entered field, a Delivery Status field will appear that will display the status of the email.  (Note:  If you have just added the Outbound Email, the Delivery Status field will not appear.  To view the Delivery Status field, close the client or vendor detail screen that you are viewing, wait a few minutes and then re-open the screen.)
