You can find your Sue Woodard email and letter templates in the: Company Wide\Templates\Premium Content\Sue Woodard Contact!Marketing Pack folder (see image below) These templates can be selected when creating Campaigns, Broadcasts, and individual letters or emails to your clients.
You can also view and modify the Sue Woodard email and letter templates from the File Explorer screen located in the Marketing menu group.
