Pending tasks can be found in the Activity Finder (see image below).
To find pending tasks:
- Click on the Activity Finder icon in the Main section of the toolbar.
- The search critieria fields on the Activity Finder screen will default to allow you to quickly find your pending tasks that are due on the current day, click Find Now to view the list of tasks.
- To view tasks that are pending for a wider date range (i.e., all tasks that are pending and due in the next week), change the date range in the Due Date field and then click Find Now. (Tip: To quickly populate the due date fields with a specific time frame, right-click anywhere on the grey section in the Due Date box and then select Next or Previous and then select the time frame, one day, two days, one week, etc.).
- Your task list will appear in the gird.
- To view the details for a single task, double click on the task in the grid to display the associated client or vendor detail screen and then click on the Activities tab.
