What is Click-to-Dial?
Simply click on a phone number in Cimmaron to have your phone automatically dial out and connect with your contact. Click-to-Dial is a quick and easy way to tie together your phone system and CRM software to mange telemarketing efforts, record important conversations, and efficiently move through your calls for the day.
Voice Recording
Cimmaron makes it easy to capture and save phone conversations using your phone software along with Cimarron's file management features to record and file calls to your contact's activity history.
What do you need?
A majority of VOIP phone systems are SIP compliant, which is the key requirement to using these features. You can either use a "softphone" (a software application that allows you to manage phone calls from your computer over the Internet using a headset) or an actual VOIP compatible telephone.
